Founded in 1968 as Catalina Plastic Suppliers, Inc., Catalina started business as a distributor of non-pressure sensitive plastic sheets and films. In 1972, the Company purchased its first pressure-sensitive adhesive coating line and became Catalina Plastics and Coating. The core business became the distribution of pressure sensitive coated plastics and films printed by offset and screen processes. After 30 years in business, the Company has built its reputation upon high quality products and service. Today, its products are used in a wide variety of niche applications printed by almost all disciplines including digital, screen, offset, flexo and gravure. After more than 30 years in business, Catalina changed its name to Catalina Graphic Films to more accurately reflect the CompanyÕs current focus and direction. History and success have evolved our mission as well. Today and in looking to the future in the new millennium, we operate by the following Mission: ÒCatalina Graphic Films is dedicated to being the premier custom coater of Pressure Sensitive materials for the Digital, Offset, Screen, Industrial and Specialty markets.
